Unfortunately when i recieved my order the bottle was empty. I contacted the company and they responded quickly with a replacement. The problem is i had typed the order number incorrectly and the replacement was shipped to the wrong address. I wish they would have confirmed when the name didnt match.
Now they indicate a replacement has been shipped but again it is not recieved and they are not responding. I really wanted to try this new product but unfortunately at this point am getting a little frustrated with the service.
Update 10/6 Amazing Hair Savior reached out to me and made everything right by issuing a refund.
I have to admit I love the Hair Oil and will most likely reorder from them
